Ideal for use as a skirt for your meditation cushion in the large 24 x 29-inch size. It will cover more than 40% of most mats. Durable, easy to clean and gentle on the joints the big size is large enough for cross-legged poses.

And for those who want comfort in a smaller band the size 14 x 26 is great for a narrower area (eg. top of the mat, middle of the mat or bottom of the mat) and 8 x 8 is perfect for spot usage (eg. under a hand, foot, hip, forehead, etc).
