The Viparita Karani Box as originally intended is a wonderful way to get many of the benefits of Shoulderstand and Legs up the Wall Pose with much greater ease. It allows novices to do the pose and advanced practitioners to relax and work on variations.

This sturdy and beautiful item comes ready to assemble and it can be done in 20 minutes. Instructions do come with the set and are provided here on the page so you know what to expect.
The dimensions of this item are 15" wide by 12" tall by 9" deep when upright. Fully assembled it weighs 8 pounds.
