The bheka BREEZE Turtle is just the right height to give you a fantastic Calf stretch. Then you can step forward onto the cushion it supports a low impact walking in place that will challenge your balance and develop all the muscles in your feet and legs.
Saving the best for last, I an now ready to reveal a special discovery I recently made about the bheka BREEZE Turtle. It supports standing calf stretches you can do behind a chair or near a wall and here is the kicker! I have four herniated discs that don’t like to be jostled too much, so you can imagine my delight when I discovered the bheka BREEZE Turtle supports low impact aerobic exercise that I can do to get my blood moving when other folks might be on a coffee break. After two minutes of “Turtle work” my prana is flowing and I am refreshed and ready to tackle anything. Plus I am firming my thighs and glutes. Buns of Steel, here I come!
The bheka BREEZE Turtle can be folded up to be slightly bigger than the book Light on Yoga for easy storage or travel.
Details on the bheka BREEZE Turtle
This Turtle is covered in a beautiful soft flocked polyester cover (solids) or the durable 100% cotton twill (India Print). Each has a handle for easy carrying. The size is about 14″ x 16″ x 4.5″ tall when fully inflated and it weighs about 1 pound.
For those who want variety in their covers or want to sew their own cover for the insert, covers and inserts are available separately as well.
Covers should be washed on a gentle cycle and air-dried for best wear. Inserts can be cleaned with your favorite disinfecting cleanser. The seven phthalate-free insert is ethically sourced from China and the covers are ethically sourced from Mother India. Filling the BREEZE Turtle is as easy as filling a small pool toy. It takes about two minutes using the little foot pump you see below and is even quicker by mouth or mechanical inflator. This cushion is safe for use by people up to 300 pounds.
