Wash separately in cold or warm water and hang dry only.
Top surface is maximally grippy when wet. When starting a practice you may want to spray water on areas where you want maximum tack.
Bottom surface is grippy on rugs or cork but not polished wood floors. For extra traction on a wooden floor a sticky mat underneath is recommended.
