Pune Yoga Stump Set Kit

The Pune Stump Set Prop Kit is popular in Iyengar Yoga. Indeed, the numerous settings allow experimentation for just the right firm support. Accordingly, a more comfortable practice, with sensory feedback, yields a better pose.

The Stump Set base a very stable at 15" x 15", and 2 inches thick. Each fitting set at a variety of heights off the floor.

The Rectangular Block is 4 7/8" long x 3 1/4" wide x 2 1/4" high. The lowest setting is 16 inches off the ground and the highest is 23 inches high. As with all the fittings there are 4 inches between settings as well.

The Saddle (concave curve) is 13 inches long, 3 1/4" wide, 3 1/2" inches tall at either end and about 2 inches tall in the center. The center adjustable from 16 inches high to 22 5/8" high.

The Bump (convex curve) is 8 1/2"long x 3 1/2" wide and about 2 1/2" tall at the center. At the center adjustable from 17 1/2" to 24 3/8".
