Pune Chumbal Set – Yoga Support Donuts

The Pune Chumbal Set, sometimes called an Iyengar Yoga Support Donut, is used to make alignment adjustments in a variety of seated and supine poses.  Some of the postures this prop can help with are the Hero Pose, Reclining Butterfly and Reclining Hand to Big Toe Pose.

The set consists of 10 donuts.   Each torus is 1 inch tall and comes with a mate.  This makes 5 pairs.  The diameter of each pair is 3", 4", 4.75", 5.75" and 6.5" respectively.  Each item is formed by wrapping dense cotton batting with a sturdy cotton tape.
