2010 Yoga Journal Calendar
   This classic calendar is always welcome and this year I love it especially, since Kino Mac Gregor the brilliant yogi who is supplying us with her great DVDs and practice card, is featured. I won't tell you what month she is. You'll have to check it out to learn that ;--)

   The end of another year is quickly approaching and while I look back on the past 12 months I am amazed at how full it has been. There have been a lot of changes as I struggle to adjust to the new realities brought on by "the worst economic crisis, since the great depression." This process goes on and is a "personal growth industry" no matter how the economy slumps. I am thankful for the little glimmers of light that I am able to see and the chance to keep working on opening up to more.
