of Australia's leading yogis, Jessie Chapman, who has deep
roots in yoga and has been a popular teacher, author and retreat
coordinator for more than a decade. Second, it has over 75
partner's poses, shown in clear photographs, with easy to follow
instructions, including the focus for each pose and the benefits
of doing it. Third, the poses cover a range of purposes. Some
are partner assists where one partner helps to deepen the pose
for the other, some are mutual assists where both partners
help each other to go deeper and some are just lovely to look
at and fun to do. For anyone who wants to practice partner
yoga this is a great source of techniques and inspirational
